Information you provide. When you submit the lead-capture form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and (optionally) your website. If you choose the manual path instead of the Voice AI call, we also collect your industry, business size, current tools, urgency, budget range, preferred contact method, and a description of the problem you're trying to solve.

Information collected during a Voice AI call. If you opt into the Voice AI demo call and give the required consent, our voice AI agent places an outbound call to the phone number you provide. That call may be recorded and transcribed, and we retain the call recording, transcript, an AI-generated summary, and any business details (industry, pain points, and similar) the AI agent extracts from the conversation.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots on this form, and Upstash Redis to apply short-lived, IP-based rate limiting against abusive submissions. If error monitoring is enabled, we use Sentry to capture technical error reports — this captures diagnostic information about the error itself, not the content of your submission.

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, place the Voice AI demo call you requested.
• To qualify your interest, extract relevant business details from the call, and route the resulting lead through our internal automation systems.
• To book a human follow-up meeting via Cal.com, but only when you ask our voice AI agent to do so during a call — there is no visitor-facing booking button anywhere on this site.
• To monitor and improve the reliability and performance of this website.

We do not use your information for ad retargeting or cross-context behavioral advertising, and this site does not run third-party ad pixels.

When you check the consent box and opt into the Voice AI demo call, you agree that we may place an outbound call to the phone number you provide using AI-generated voice technology, and that the call may be recorded and transcribed. Consent to receive this call is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

You may revoke consent at any time — by telling our AI voice agent during the call that you'd like to stop, or by contacting us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also decline the call entirely and use the manual form path instead.

We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the features described above:

• Supabase — database hosting for lead and call records.
• Vapi — the AI voice platform that places and records the demo call.
• n8n — our workflow-automation system, used to route qualified leads and hand off follow-up bookings.
• Cal.com — scheduling, invoked only when our voice AI agent books a follow-up meeting on your behalf.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot protection on this form.
• Upstash — short-lived, IP-based rate limiting.
• Sentry — optional error monitoring.
• Vercel — website hosting and aggregate analytics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain lead and call information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, follow up with you, and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
